Open, transparent and merit-based recruitment

MATERIALIZE is open to eligible postdoctoral researchers of all nationalities.

Fellows will be selected through an international, open and transparent recruitment process. Applications will be evaluated on the basis of scientific excellence, the quality and feasibility of the proposed project, the candidate’s potential and the fit between the project and the research environment available at IOC PAS and within the partner network.

The recruitment process will follow:

the principles of the European Charter for Researchers;
Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment procedures established at IOC PAS;
IOC PAS’s Gender Equality Plan;
the Institute’s HR Excellence in Research commitments;
the programme’s rules on equal opportunities, career flexibility and bias mitigation.
