Before you submit

Make sure that:

all required fields in the Project Proposal Template are complete;
the information is consistent across the form and attachments;
the correct and current templates have been used;
all documents are readable and in the required format;

After submission

Make sure you receive a confirmation of submission.

Use the following email subject line:

MATERIALIZE Application – [Your Project Title]

Attach all mandatory documents listed on the Application Documents page. Make sure that you use the current templates and follow the required file formats, naming conventions and size limits.

An application is considered submitted only when the complete application package has been received by IOC PAS before the deadline.

Confirmation of receipt

Applicants will receive a confirmation that their application has been received.

If you do not receive confirmation within 2 working days, contact the MATERIALIZE team.

Problems with email delivery

If your message is returned as undeliverable or rejected because of its attachment size, retain the delivery-failure notification and immediately contact us through MATERIALIZE website contact form or by sending an e-mail to the Project Manager at pawel.stankiewicz[at]icho.edu.pl.

Do not submit documents through file-transfer services or cloud-storage links unless this method has been explicitly approved in an individual message to you from the Project Manager.

Your application must be received by:

15.01.2027, 23:59 CET (UTC +1)

the doctoral-degree requirement;
the MSCA mobility rule for Poland;
the programme’s scientific and formal requirements.

Review the MATERIALIZE research scope, participating research groups and supervisor profiles.

Identify the IOC PAS research environment whose expertise, methods and infrastructure best support your project.

Before submitting your application, contact your prospective supervisor. They will need to confirm their willingness to act as your mentor by signing the required statement.
